In 2022, I founded Illuminate Real Estate with a mission close to my heart: making property investments transparent, accessible, and affordable.

My core belief is that excessive fees shouldn't burden people. That's why Illuminate Real Estate offers a refreshingly straightforward 1.5% fee structure, removing the barriers and unknowns that often intimidate potential investors and homeowners.
